Terms & conditions

Covid - 19:

  • To ensure guest safety at our hotels, we have increased our cleaning standards and mended our protocols to meet with the highest most stringent standards.
  • We take care to emphasize on frequent hand washing and proper training for housekeeping and our kitchen staff.
  • We are continuously monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local government hence the availability of some of the amenities may be disrupted.
Check - in & Check - out:

  • Check - in from 12:00 PM and check - out at 8:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subjected to availability of rooms.
  • Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged half day room rate.
  • Check-in will be granted only by showing the Confirmation at the Front Office, Therefore, the guest is advised to carry a copy (hard/soft) of the Voucher.
  • In keeping with Government regulations, we request all the guests to carry their identity card (Driving license, passport, Aadhaar card or voter's ID card) and to present it while checking in.
  • Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa.

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

  • Rooms will be blocked for 48 hours.
  • The booking will be booked after receiving 25% advance payment.
  • If the booking is within 10 days of checking-in then 100% payment is required.
  • A confirmation voucher will be issued only after receiving 100% of the payment.
  • For booking, a payment link supports credit/debit card, E-Wallet, UPI, NEFT, IMPS and RTGS will be sent.
  • Cancellation done more than 30 days before date of arrival - full refund.
  • Cancellation done more than 10 days before date of arrival - 50% refund.
  • Cancellation done less than10 days before date of arrival- 0% refund.
  • In any case of delay/cancellation of flights or ferries, there will be no refund.

Child Policy:

  • Two children (upto 12 years of age) can be accommodated in a room, however only one extra mattress can be placed in a room which and will be charged.
  • Children below the age of 5 years will have complimentary meals.

Extra Information:

  • Rooms are non-exchangeable between guests.
  • Few arrangements in the tour are managed by third party vendors, their terms and conditions would be final and compulsory to the guest.
  • AR Pride Residency cannot be held responsible for any damage, accident, injury or unfortunate death caused due to negligence of third party.
  • AR Pride Residency cannot be accountable for claims arising from circumstances beyond our control such as Force Majeure events, traffic congestions, cancellation and re-routing of flights, ferries or entry restriction by the government. In such events, we shall make suitable arrangements by amending and modifying the guest's schedule as to fit the guest and his satisfaction but would not be liable for any refund or compensation claims.
  • In case the private ferry is not operational we would provide tickets for a government ferry.

Group Booking and Cancellation Policy:

  • 12 rooms and more will be considered as a group.
  • If the booking is within 15 days of checking-in then 100 % payment is required.
  • Cancellation done more than 45 days before date of arrival - full refund.
  • Cancellation done more than 15 days before date of arrival - 50 % refund.
  • Cancellation done less than 15 days before date of arrival - 0 % refund.
